While most part-time jobs are viewed as a means to an end, I’m happy to say that being a barista has shaped me into who I am today.

I’ve learned (and somewhat perfected) the art of small talk- you’d be surprised at just how many people go to cafe for a quick chat.

Due to that, I’ve also made a bunch of connections with people in all sorts of industries from lawyers to mechanics.

Of course, I can also make a pretty mean flat white and the dry-est cappuccino you can imagine.
